We are looking for seafarers with a warm heart for inland shipping. Some experience in inland shipping is an advantage, as is possession of PECs and/or inland shipping papers. However, possession of papers is not necessary, as long as one is prepared to delve into the specific knowledge of ports and inland shipping and is prepared to sail without a pilot where possible.

Our relatively small crawler coasters usually sail without an operator but with technical support from the shore. Crew therefore work on deck, on the bridge and in the engine room. Dually trained seafarers (MAROFs) are therefore preferred. Here too, possession of a dual diploma is not an obligation, as long as there is some basic technical knowledge and the willingness to delve deeper into the technology.
