Welcome to the site of De Bock Maritiem BV, operators of the “Deo Volente”
The “Deo Volente” is the ship of shipping company De Bock Maritiem BV from Alkmaar. You can use this beautiful and luxuriously furnished ship for your holiday, outing, presentation and so on.
The “Deo Volente” was built at the “Boot” shipyard in Leiden in 1928 as a motor freighter with rigging. The “Deo Volente” has sailed the waters in the Netherlands and Germany for years with cargo such as grain, sand and general cargo. In 2008, the Geertman family bought the vessel and converted it into a holiday ship. In 2023 the ship was purchased by De Bock Maritiem BV
On board, 12 guests can spend the night in 6 cabins: 5 spacious cabins with a double bed and 2 cabin with a bunk bed.
Guests have access to 2 spacious bathrooms: 1 bathroom with bath and toilet and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Furthermore, the “Deo Volente” has a very luxurious and well-equipped kitchen. In the comfortably furnished and very spacious salon with open galley and bar you are fully equipped.
The ship is specially designed for sailing with children. All areas can be reached safely from the inside, the deck has a railing on both sides so that young children do not have to walk through the gangway.
And for the little ones among us there is a real swimming pool on board.

A very nice, beautiful comfortable ship for large groups. Everything has been thought of. We can drive her ourselves and she sails really well.
